Returns

 

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• Tags must be attached.

• Item must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or clearance items (final sale)

• Gift cards

• Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

To start a return, please contact us at TreasonF2F@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us immediately at TreasonF2F@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
